Role Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Financials. The project is currently in the scoping phase, with full ERP implementation planned for 2027. You will manage project planning, coordinate across multiple vendors, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Workday Financials, from scoping through to delivery.
  • Work within a multi-vendor environment to ensure alignment and integration across systems.
  • Support planning and transition from legacy systems to Workday Financials.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and executive teams to secure approvals and maintain project governance.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies, and ensure proactive management.
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and overall project planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have experience with Workday Financials implementation.
  • At least 10 years' experience in project management, with extensive ERP implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including planning and legacy system transitions.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor project environments.
  • Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
