About the Role:

We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas & Café All-Rounders to join our growing team If you're passionate about coffee, love creating a great customer experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee and beverages
  • Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
  • Assist with food preparation and plating (breakfast & lunch items)
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
  • Keep the café clean, tidy, and organised
  • Support the team in all areas of daily operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not essential – training provided)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
