Full Time Food and Beverage attendant.

We are seeking a full time food and beverage attendant, to join our team of baristas, kitchen staff, cooks and chefs.

As a Food and Beverage attendant you will be responsible for the service of breakfast and lunch at Goose Specialty Coffee as well as cash handling and ordering of stock.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a busy café/ restaurant
  • Must have appropriate level of training
  • Be competent to assist the manager with training junior staff and co-ordinate the cafe staff of a lower grade.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a standard of service and hospitality that is commensurate with top cafes and restaurants in Cairns
  • Assisting in the end of day cash takings and reporting of cafe sales.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised service area and kitchen
  • Overseeing junior cafe staff and assisting in their training
