POTTO is a fast restaurant brand specialising in Asian Fusion, particularly Japanese, inspired fusion foods and is based next to Southern Cross Station at Spencer Outlet Centre, right in the heart of Melbourne. We are currently seeking motivated and energetic kitchen staff member to join us in delivering soul satisfying meals to our customers. You will be working in the roles of cashier, making bowls or even prepping pork and grilling chicken the next.

If you have breakfast experience, please mention this, as it is favourable.

Requirements:

  • Good availability throughout the week including weekends
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • A passion for delivering great food as well as an exceptional customer experience.
  • A keen willingness to learn and work in hospitality
  • preferred: breakfast kitchen experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Kitchen team member your primary responsibility is to assist in the preparation of meals, and raw ingredients in a commercial kitchen environment. Working with our preset combi oven, on our stove, griller, and learning to work in tandem with our front of house staff is very important.

The right applicant will have a positive attitude, be able to multi-task and manage their workflow, is an organised individual and also will have availability that extends throughout the entirety of the working week.
