Chiara Wine Bar is a modern European restaurant in the heart of Docklands, known for elegant dishes, great wine, and warm service. We're now looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

If you love working with seasonal produce, take pride in presentation, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
• Prepare and plate dishes to a high standard
• Work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs on seasonal menus
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
• Help train and support junior kitchen staff
• Keep on top of stock and prep levels

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar) in a quality venue
• Strong knowledge of European flavours and seasonal produce
• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
