The Centre

This beautifully presented 80 placed preschool & long day care centre is a new purpose built service. 

The opportunityThis is a highly attractive full time permanent role at a not for profit centre. You'll have high levels of autonomy in your role and will be responsible for maintaining the positive and collaborative culture. You will also be supported by an experienced area manager who will help you on site in the early stages. Working in collaboration with the leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to implement your strong curriculum knowledge and pedagogy to inspire and engage children and educators alike. The ideal Director

You'll ideally have a minimum of two years experience as a centre director with further experience in both the assessment and rating process and developing a QIP.  You'll have strong leadership abilities and present with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively promote the service within the local community. 

Suitable applicants must have:

  • Previous experience as Centre Director or Coordinator (2+ years)
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Children's Services or ACEQCA equivalent.
  • extensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma and CPR check
