Marketing & Enrolments Coordinator Childcare (Part-time 15–20 hrs/wk)

About us: Three family-owned early learning centres in Western Sydney—Wiggles & Giggles (Exceeding NQS) and Kradle 2 Krayons—are growing. We're looking for a hands-on marketer (2–3 days/week) who can turn interest into booked tours and enrolments.
What you'll do: Own our local marketing plan (Meta & Google Ads, content, email/CRM, Google Business Profile); drive lead generation (Care for Kids/Toddle/KindiCare listings, landing pages, tracking); convert leads to tours and enrolments with centre directors; manage social content and reviews; report KPIs (leads, CPL, tours/week, conversion %, occupancy).
About you: 3+ years in SMB/demand-gen marketing (multi-site or services). Confident with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4/GTM; Canva/Adobe; Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign. Portfolio with campaign results; strong copy and stakeholder skills.
Nice to have: ECEC experience; NSW WWCC (if attending on-site). Hours: 15–20/wk (hybrid). Location: Western Sydney.
