About the opportunity:
The Interior Design Assistant works closely with the Interior Design team to provide them with support across administration, coordination, customer service and adhoc assistance. 
More specifically, you will:

• Assist with preparation for appointments including collating relevant documents, forms, flat lays and samples.

• Welcome clients into the studio, assisting with ordering, collecting and delivering food and beverages during the client's appointment  

• All-rounder duties include overseeing inventory levels, ordering and restocking items and general studio upkeep 

• Other administrative duties may include updating product information, updating variation, electrical appointment set ups etc

• Assist with hosting Customer Information Evenings, VIP nights & Expo Days. 

About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

• Currently studying or completed a Diploma of Interior Decoration and Design or similar

• A willingness to develop a strong understanding of design aesthetic and conceptual skills

• Commitment to providing excellence in customer service and strong communication skills

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong record keeping, planning and organising

• Desire to build a long terms career in Interior Design 

• A commitment to working as one team

• Ability to work Monday – Friday with flexibility to work Saturdays
