We're looking for a motivated Property Manager with at least 2 years' experience who's ready to join a supportive, professional team where you'll be trusted, appreciated, and given the tools to excel.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of a well-maintained, organised portfolio that's been lovingly managed by the same person for over 3 years, with the full support of our Director and a full-time administrative assistant. Your admin team will handle lease renewals, management authority renewals, inspection bookings, trust accounting and maintenance coordination, leaving you free to focus on the people side of property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a tidy, well-maintained portfolio of residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades
  • Conduct routine inspections and home opens
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Deliver exceptional service and communication every step of the way

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
  • Professional, friendly, and solutions-focused approach
  • Current WA Property Management Registration
  • Reliable car and valid Driver's Licence
  • Confidence using property management software (PropertyMe a bonus)
