Part-Time Graphic Designer – Northbridge, WA (Hybrid/Flexible)

Are you a creative all-rounder who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals? We're a small, digital agency in Northbridge, WA, looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team 3 days per week. You'll bring brands to life across social media, websites, and beyond, blending creativity with strategy in a collaborative, flexible environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visual Storyteller:
  Design eye-catching graphics for digital media, website pages, email campaigns, and print.
• Internal Design:
  Develop social content, portfolio visuals, and branded assets for the agency.
• Brand Guardian:
  Help maintain brand consistency, following style guides while elevating the visual identity of our clients.
• Website & Digital Design:
  Work on website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets, collaborating with UX and content teams.
• Creative Collaborator:
  Work closely with account managers and copywriters to brainstorm, iterate, and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Process & Production:
  Prepare files for web and print, manage design assets, and ensure smooth handoffs for development or publishing.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 2+ years experience working as a graphic designer, either freelance or within an agency/studio environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media, website, and varied graphic design work.
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS a bonus.
• Thrives in a small team environment and is highly collaborative, organised, and proactive.
• Is based in or around Perth, WA, and open to hybrid working (office + home).
• Can work 3 days per week with flexible scheduling options.
