About the RoleWe're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about furniture and homewares, thrives on building strong customer relationships, and enjoys leading and working alongside a close-knit, energetic team.In this role, you'll take the lead in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, supporting stock handling, managing administrative duties, and assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of one of the largest and busiest stores in our network.   • Proven experience in a lead sales and/or supervisory role.
  • Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday roster.
  • A confident communicator.
  • A degree of physical fitness to assist in stock movement.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and staff.
