We're looking for passionate and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Essendon DFO Store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for inventory management, product sell-through, visual merchandising, sales and budget management and most importantly providing amazing customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving store performance through sales targets, KPIs and team development
  • Delivering a world class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand
  • Assisting with store operations including inventory, rostering and visual merchandising
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment

What You'll Bring

  • Retail store management / 2IC experience is essential
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and high performance apparel
  • A confident and hands on leadership style with the ability to coach and inspire
  • A track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
  • Operational strength in rostering, stock management, and store presentation
