Assistant Store Manager – Watergardens, VIC
Adore Beauty is continuing to grow our retail presence, and we're looking for an inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Watergardens.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the culture strong, supporting your Store Manager, and ensuring every customer leaves with an unforgettable experience.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting day-to-day store operations with energy and precision
- Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment
- Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service
- Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre
- Experienced in retail leadership, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about people, customer experience, and creating a great place to work
- Experience in beauty or fashion is a plus (but not essential)
