The WSP Undergraduate Program is an opportunity for those with a passion for having an impact on the natural, sustainable, and built environments and are currently undertaking a relevant Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree. You will need to be analytical, curious, and passionate about continuing your learning in a real-world environment.

You will need to be available from December 2025 onwards an in your penultimate year or final year in 2026.

We are looking for undergraduates for the following groups in our Sydney office.

  • Transport
  • Earth & Environment
