Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong customer service acumen
  • Reconciliation of accounts, Ensuring all payments received are accurately reflected in the company's accounting system.
  • Generating and sending invoices to major customers for products or services rendered, incorporating specific payment terms and deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service or finance admin role.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organization skills.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
