Due to expansion within our business, we are excited to unveil our brand-new Contact Centre office at the iconic QV Building in
Melbourne CBD
. We have opportunities for highly motivated and driven professionals to join our
Contact Centre team

Casual
role.

This is a great opportunity for students and individuals to start their careers and still have the flexibility to complete their studies or parents coming back to the workforce but still need some flexibility for childcare responsibilities. Perhaps you already have a job but looking for another role to increase your income.

Successful applicants must also be available to attend a
1hr pre-employment medical.

For successful candidates, you must have
Full-Time availability
for the
first 4 weeks of training
. You will work 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday for the first 2 weeks for System and Product Training, then a further 2 weeks from 11am to 7pm to embed your learning.

• Location: QV Melbourne - 2 minutes' walk from Melbourne Central Train Station, 1 minute walk to tram stop and bus stop outside our front door - right above a bustling retail precinct with over 50 retail stores.

About the role:

• The Contact Centre operates between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday including public holidays except Christmas Day. As a casual Consultant, we require a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week and
  have the ability to work Monday's
  . Rosters are released 6 weeks in advance.
• Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service to both existing and new customers.
• Consistently meet key performance targets including call quality and compliance.
• Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare or the fitness industry (call centre, office, retail, hospitality, nursing, social work, fitness and aged care backgrounds are welcome).
• A passion for health and fitness, wellness, nutrition or just making a difference in people's lives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possesses a compassionate, empathetic and patient manner.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Customer Management Systems/Databases is preferred but not essential.
• Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
