About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operator/Labourer to join the team at Premier Civil (SA) Pty Ltd in Adelaide, SA. As a full-time position, this role will involve operating a range of construction machinery and equipment, as well as providing general labouring support on various civil construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate a variety of construction machinery and equipment, including excavators, backhoes, and skid steer loaders
  • Assist with general labouring duties such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
  • Contribute to the completion of civil construction projects on time and to a high standard
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance your skills
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and compliant manner

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an operator or laborer in the construction industry
  • Competent in the operation of various construction machinery and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to follow instructions
  • Relevant construction industry certifications and licenses (e.g. High-Risk Work License, White Card)
