About the role
We're seeking motivated, reliable Construction Labourers to support day-to-day site operations across multiple projects. You'll work closely with Site Managers, trades and subcontractors to keep sites running safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- General labouring and site set-up/pack-up
- Assisting the Site Manager and trades
- Site cleanliness, waste management and dust mitigation
- Materials handling, deliveries and basic inventory checks
- Traffic management
- Material/personnel hoist operation
- Following SWMS, WHS requirements and company policies at all times
Requirements
- White Card (essential)
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability and teamwork
- Desirable licences: Traffic Management, Telehandler, Hoist, Carpentry
- Previous construction/civil experience (preferred)
