About the role

We're seeking motivated, reliable Construction Labourers to support day-to-day site operations across multiple projects. You'll work closely with Site Managers, trades and subcontractors to keep sites running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • General labouring and site set-up/pack-up
  • Assisting the Site Manager and trades
  • Site cleanliness, waste management and dust mitigation
  • Materials handling, deliveries and basic inventory checks
  • Traffic management
  • Material/personnel hoist operation
  • Following SWMS, WHS requirements and company policies at all times

Requirements

  • White Card (essential)
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability and teamwork
  • Desirable licences: Traffic Management, Telehandler, Hoist, Carpentry
  • Previous construction/civil experience (preferred)
