About the position:

  • Civil operations on CSG work sites
  • Operating/driving a loader and side tipper (18sp road ranger)
  • Install/dismantle iron cement rings (loading/unloading and handling of iron sections, roll out/up liners)
  • Preparation of new and clean-up of old sites
  • On the job training provided
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 2/2 roster
  • Accom based on site, meals provided
  • Point of hire is Roma QLD
  • Competitive pay rate

Requirements of the position:

  • Heavy combination drivers licence is mandatory
  • Loader ticket
  • Must be physically fit, this role can be labour intense (involves manual handling and lifting)
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Mandatory medical assessment and traffic history checks (subject to random drug and alcohol testing)
  • Commitment to health, safety and environmental practices and standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic heavy vehicle maintenance
