About The Role
We here at BOQ Group are looking for an experienced commercial or agribusiness banker to join us in our brand-new Relationship Executive role This Relationship Executive will pick up an empty customer portfolio to build and manage, with the support of an Analyst. This role will be instrumental in building and expanding our commercial and/or agribusiness portfolios, whilst helping us develop strategies that address the unique financial needs of the banking industry. The Relationship Executive will be the primary expert for their clients, providing insights, guidance, and solutions that foster growth and resilience.

About You
With extensive experience in agribusiness and/or commercial banking, the successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the commercial/agri banking industry and its financial needs. Your strategic mindset is focused on growth and innovative solutions, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will excel in relationship management, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to build strong referral networks and long-term customer relationships.
