We are seeking a qualified and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both one-on-one and small group training, with a strong focus on working with clients aged 55 and over. You'll be responsible for creating safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs, helping clients improve their health, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal training and small group sessions.
• Design and implement fitness programs tailored for older adults.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming training space.
• Uphold professional standards in client care and session delivery.

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Fitness or AES.
• Proven experience training clients aged 55+.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Insurances & professional indemnity.
• ABN.

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications in group fitness or older adult fitness.
• WWCC.
• Experience in functional movement, mobility, or rehabilitation-based training.
