Do you have a passion for dogs, a love of learning, and a desire to work somewhere that feels more like family than a job?

**Scruffy’s Doggy Daycare** is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Daycare Team Member** to join our crew Our team works hands-on with dogs of all sizes and personalities, ensuring they’re safe, happy, enriched, and loved during their time with us.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supervising dog playgroups and reading dog body language
- Keeping play areas clean and safe
- Helping with daily routines and working alongside trainers
- Snapping photos and videos for pet parents and our socials
- Contributing to a calm, kind, and professional environment for dogs and humans alike

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has a genuine love for dogs and interest in canine behaviour
- Is calm under pressure and confident in a group dog setting
- Works well in a team and has great communication skills
- Is physically fit and comfortable being on their feet all day
- Has flexibility across weekdays and can work various shifts 7am-7pm
- Available full time and is a citizen or permanent resident who wants to build a career with us.

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have experience in a daycare, kennel, shelter, or pet care setting
- Are studying or have studied animal care, training, or behaviour
- Are looking to grow in a professional, supportive environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.98 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
