Our client is looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer
to join a cross-functional product team focused on modernising infrastructure, improving CI/CD pipelines, and driving automation across cloud-native environments.

This is a
daily rate contract role
with flexibility around cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP). You'll be supporting delivery squads to build and manage scalable, secure, and repeatable cloud infrastructure — with a strong focus on automation, observability, and release reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure using
    Terraform
    or similar IaC tools
  • Build, optimise, and troubleshoot
    CI/CD pipelines
    (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build)
  • Support
    containerised deployments
    using
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Docker
    , or managed cloud services (e.g. AKS, GKE, EKS)
  • Implement
    cloud-native monitoring
    , logging, and alerting solutions
  • Drive security and governance alignment across DevOps workflows
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to support rapid, reliable delivery

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in
    DevOps
    ,
    Cloud Engineering
    , or
    Site Reliability
    roles
  • Hands-on experience with
    Terraform
    ,
    CI/CD tooling
    , and at least one major cloud platform (
    Azure, AWS, or GCP
    )
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g.
    Bash
    ,
    Python
    , or
    PowerShell
    )
  • Familiarity with cloud identity, networking, and cost optimisation best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in delivery teams
  • Bonus: Experience with
    Kubernetes

    , or multi-cloud environments
