Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician (No Experience Needed – Training Provided)

Phone Rehab is not your average phone repair shop. We're an Apple Independent Repair Provider, multi-award winners, and trusted by clients like the NSW Government, major corporations, and education providers. Our team is experienced, professional, and tight-knit — many of our staff have been with us for years while balancing study or growing their careers full-time.

The Role:

We're looking for a long-term, part-time team member to join us as a Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician and Retail Assistant. No experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good hands-on skills. You'll receive full training and, over time, develop the ability to repair:

  • Mobile phones
  • Tablets & iPads
  • Gaming consoles
  • Laptops

You'll also be trained in front-of-house duties, including:

  • Retail customer service
  • Booking in jobs & quoting repairs
  • Accessory sales
  • Basic diagnostics & troubleshooting
  • Understanding different devices and models

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone good with their hands — able to work with small tools and tiny screws
  • Eager to learn and willing to put in their own time to study and practice
  • Reliable, honest, and looking for long-term work (this is not a temporary or stopgap job)
  • Already living in Australia — we do not accept overseas applications
  • Can work part-time on a regular roster — ideal for students or anyone seeking stable work

Growth & Pay:

Your pay will increase based on your skill level and responsibilities. The more you learn and the more repairs you can handle, the more you'll earn. If you're committed, we'll invest in your growth.
