As a registered NDIS provider supporting people across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads and surrounding regions, we pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care with a genuine, personal touch.

We are now seeking passionate and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our growing team.


About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering people living with disability and complex needs. Your work will be flexible and rewarding, with no standard Monday–Friday 9–5 routine – shifts are based on participant needs.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and household tasks.
  • Supporting participants with social & community access.
  • Providing mentoring and role modelling for young adults developing life skills or employment readiness.
  • Transporting participants to appointments, outings, and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate progress notes and records.

High-level mentoring roles are also available for workers with experience in employment supports and skill building.


About You

You are:

  • Passionate about empowering people with disability to live life their way.
  • Compassionate, ethical, and committed to providing high-quality support.
  • Experienced in supporting people with disability (experience with complex needs highly regarded).
  • Required to have a minimum of 1 year experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and digital skills.
  • A self-starter with initiative, accountability, and a values-driven approach.

What You'll Need
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability support.
  • Certificate III Community Services qualification is required.
  • Blue Card & Yellow Card (or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation modules.
  • Completion of the core NDIS modules (3 mandatory modules) is required.
  • Open "C" Class driver's licence.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
