**The Role & Company**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for investigating and managing defects/maintenance works. Some ‘on the tools’ work will be required to complete maintenance works.Working a 5-day week, you will spend the majority of your week travelling across multiple-sites across Sydney.A background as a Cabinetmaker and experience working on residential projects of good quality is required.

**Qualifications & Experience**

You will have Cabinetmaker trade qualifications and have experience working on the tools and in a Supervisory roles
Experience in the construction, finishes and defect management of residential units is pretty much essential
A client facing persona is essential as you will need to be courteous, professional and firm when dealing with supervisors, subbies and clients
Experience working in Maintenance and/or Defects is preferred
Trade knowledge and a ‘can-do’ attitude are a must
You will have a current Drivers License
Attention to detail when check measuring jobs
White Card

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
