About the Role

The
Senior Manager, Management Reporting
is responsible for coordinating management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and recommendations and expert advice across icare's schemes to protect and enhance icare's financial position, partnering with the Group Executive and their leadership teams.

Duties

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a
Senior Manager, Management Reporting
you will:

  • Provide accurate, timely management reporting, analysis, and strategic advice to the GM of FP&A, the Finance Leadership Team, and Group Executives
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within performance reporting teams across business units, to enhance collaboration and information flow
  • Provide strategic recommendations and expert advice on key trends, drivers, risks and predicted future impacts to protect and enhance icare's financial position.
  • Prepare the CFO report to the icare Board and contribute to other icare Board reports as needed.
  • Work closely with the GM of FP&A to plan and coordinate the team's deliverables, incorporating inputs from the FP&A leadership team, key stakeholders, and relevant Treasury guidelines (including streamlining the management reporting suite for icare).

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant or Actuary
  • Management accounting experience within the insurance industry
  • Relationship management skills and experience
  • Financial leadership experience, including people management
