Job Summary

We are inviting expressions of interest for the role of Practice Manager. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role, guiding the daily operations of a busy, client-focused practice.

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a dedicated team, streamlining systems, and driving operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure staff are empowered, clients receive outstanding service, and the practice continues to grow with stability and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health practice.
  • Provide strong leadership to clinicians and support staff, fostering accountability, communication, and collaboration.
  • Oversee rostering, workflow, and practice systems to ensure efficiency and high standards of client care.
  • Support compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to the practice's strategic direction and growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in practice management or a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience with Halaxy practice management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you can lead teams, build positive relationships, and respond to client enquiries with care and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accountability.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
