BlueFit, a leading Australian operator of premium health clubs and aquatic centres – with over two decades of experience operating aquatic and leisure facilities nationwide, has been appointed to manage The Pavilion.
The Pavilion is a world-first community hub where visitors can swim, train, and rejuvenate while enjoying unmatched views of elite sport in action.
BlueFit is looking for it's next Facility Manager to help launch and operate The Pavilion
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring all BlueFit operational policies and procedures are upheld and observed by all employees.
- Lead and manage all business, financial and operational aspects for the site to ensure participation is maximised across all programs, services and community initiatives.
- Build a customer focused, high performing team through effective leadership, regular communication and appropriate staff development.
- Provide effective leadership to all staff including the site's senior management team, permanent, casual and trainee employees.
- Develop effective working relationships with key partners, user groups and industry representatives in order to further BlueFit's connection with our partners.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced leisure centre manager with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with large or multi-site dynamics, leading and inspiring people at scale, implementing values and service standards, driving growth through member participation and community engagement, and strong financial literacy will be essential for your success. Experience with council, partner and community engagement is also required.
Qualifications:
- All successful candidates will require current leisure centre certifications including CPR, Senior First Aid, Pool Life Guard (can be completed as part of commencement through BlueFit's RTO), Pool and Plant Operations and Working With Children.
