Senior Physiotherapist – Sports Rehab & Performance

Location: Five Dock, Sydney

Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual / Contractor

Salary: $85K–$100K + Super + Bonuses

SportsFit Health & Rehab is expanding—and we're looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with 3+ years of experience to join our high-performing team in Five Dock. If you thrive in a gym-based rehab setting, love working with athletes, and enjoy mentoring student physios, this is your next big move.

What You'll Step Into

  • Two state-of-the-art gyms:

  • 60 sqm rehab gym

  • 200 sqm performance gym

  • Commercial-grade equipment, force plates, VALD ForceFrame, AXIT system

  • High ACL caseload: 20–30 ACLs/week

  • Shockwave therapy, field sessions, semi-private gym sessions

  • Winter sports coverage opportunities

  • Mentorship from a Titled Sports Physio

  • Support to grow in your clinical niche

  • Flexible employment options: Full-time, part-time, casual, or contractor

Who You'll Work With

  • A multidisciplinary team: 5 physios, chiro, massage therapist, exercise physiologist

  • Weekly team meetings & case conferences

  • Fortnightly in-services

  • Quarterly lectures from external experts

  • Quarterly team dinners/outings

  • $1500 CPD budget (pro rata)

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience

  • Full AHPRA registration (essential)

  • SIRA accreditation (essential)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Australia (no sponsorship available)

  • Confidence to work independently and manage your caseload

  • Strong interest in sports rehab and performance

  • Comfortable working weekends

  • Experience mentoring student physios (we're partnering with Macquarie, UTS, and UNSW in 2026)

  • Ideally, experience working with female athletes in rehab or performance settings

  • Bonus if you've worked with ACLs, combat athletes, or winter sports
