The Role

We're looking for a motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. You'll deliver safe, client focused physiotherapy treatments and support clients in reaching their goals. With a caseload of 30–45 clients (~6 billable hours/day), you'll also have opportunities in project management and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments within 1 week and start treatments within 2 weeks.
  • Deliver outcome focused rehab plans tailored to each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors, insurers and case managers.
  • Identify recovery barriers and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain professional documentation and accurate billing.
  • Build relationships to support referrals and service growth.
Qualifications
  • Registered Physiotherapist with relevant qualifications.
  • Experience in rehab cases (workers comp, LTC, CTP, NDIS, or similar).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage your schedule and multitask.
  • Professional approach to documentation and compliance.
