About this opportunity

In this role, you'll collaborate with our Transport team to plan, manage, and deliver major rail projects that support our client's strategic vision for a connected and efficient transport network.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Monitor project or contract milestones, deliverables, and overall performance to ensure compliance and timely outcomes.
  • Manage changes such as variations or extensions, ensuring alignment with internal governance and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support collaborative decision-making and smooth approval processes.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budget tracking, invoice management, and cost reporting.
  • Provide clear, regular updates and reports to inform key stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.

A little about you… To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • Recent experience in management consultancy, engineering, corporate advisory, or infrastructure teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders. Public sector experience is highly valued.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work autonomously on high-level initiatives.
