About the role

An opportunity exists for an experienced individual to join our busy team as a FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN or ELECTRICIANbased in Toowoomba with works around the Darling Downs and South West Queensland Region. Opportunity to travel and work in a diverse range of customer sites and industries. Earn up to $60 + / hour with Overtime available.

Supported by skilled and experienced work mates, this full-time position involves the routine maintenance and testing of a variety of fire protection systems including Fire Alarm Systems, Evacuation Systems, Emergency Lighting and other building safety features. The role will require the successful applicant to be able to plan, organize and have excellent time management skills.  The applicant must be able to work autonomously as well as demonstrate versatility and support within a team environment.

About you

We are ideally looking for FIRE ALARM TECHNICIANS or ELECTRICIAN who are hard working and can work effectively with minimal supervision.

Other key qualities we are looking for include:

· A current QBCC Fire Occupational license and/or Electrical Trade Certificate;

· A strong focus on safety

· Strong focus on quality and client satisfaction

· Fire Systems experience a distinct advantage
