We specialize in providing top-tier RC (Reverse Circulation) drilling services to the mining and exploration sectors. As part of our ongoing growth we are seeking experienced RC Drillers/Relief Driller to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

  • This position is FIFO from Perth
  • Offering Industry leading remunerations + production bonus
  • Rosters available: 2:1, 2:2 , 4:2 (job dependent)

We are looking for skilled RC Drillers/Relief who have a solid background in RC drilling techniques involving;

Operating RC drilling rigs and equipment,

Overseeing the drilling process, and

Ensuring all operations comply with company and safety standards.

Requiring a robust commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate RC drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment.
  • Perform daily checks and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor drilling progress, manage field data, and adjust operations as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Train and supervise assistant drillers and other crew members.
  • Manage and report on supply inventory at the drilling site.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an RC Driller with a strong understanding of RC drilling operations.
  • HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's license is essential.
  • Cert IV in Drilling Operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
