What We're Looking For:

Practical, hands-on experience – trades, mechanical, carpentry, farming, fabrication, etc.

Confident using hand tools and working in tough outdoor environments

Fast learner with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude

Committed to long-term career growth, not just short-term work

Willing to travel, work long hours, and get stuck in

HR Licence preferred – or a willingness to obtain one

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting drillers with equipment setup, operation, sampling, and maintenance
  • Learning to operate drill rigs and associated machinery
  • Travelling to job sites, including some overnight stays
  • Working hard, staying safe, and developing real industry skills on the job
