As the Senior Adviser, Digital Communications, you will lead VPSC's digital presence and deliver clear and accessible content that's built for impact across our platforms.

What you'll do

  • Lead digital communications, advocacy and promotional work across web and digital channels
  • Manage content ensuring accuracy, accessibility, plain language and compliance
  • Use analytics and SEO tools to evaluate and improve digital content and engagement
  • Prepare high-quality briefs, presentations and reports on strategic and policy-related topics
  • Build strong relationships across VPSC and key stakeholders
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

Who we're looking for

  • Qualification and/or experience in communications or digital content
  • Strong skills in managing digital content and web platforms
  • Experience with CMS tools and accessible content standards (e.g. WCAG)
  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus
  • Understanding of Victorian Government digital and brand guidelines
  • Strong written, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, collaborative and inclusive team player
