Production Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join our team and enjoy the benefits of working with a company that values accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Accurately completing production estimates within specified timelines, aligning with Bill of Quantities and client specifications
• Processing building variations efficiently and ensuring timely ETO invoice processing
• Implementing thorough quality checks using clarification sheets (Blue Sheet) to maintain precision in work
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in construction files, consistently adhering to the ordering process
• Verifying that all plans meet building requirements and align with Carlisle Homes' construction practices
• Systematically noting and documenting all relevant information for comprehensive record-keeping

We are ideally seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry
• Knowledge of the volume building and construction process.
• Ability to use a number of different databases.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at once.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Developed numerical skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database.
• Ability to work in a close knit team.
