We are looking for expressions of interest from experienced SMP Supervisors to potentially join our team for a project in Collinsville, Queensland on a 2-1 FIFO, or DIDO roster.

Travel on a Monday, to commence working on site Tuesday. Present fit to work & complete site GCMO on final Monday of swing, before being paid travel home as a normal work day.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced people for various Supervision roles to potentially join our team for a project in Collinsville, Queensland on a 2-1 FIFO, or DIDO roster. Reporting to the Site Project Manager, you'll be employed on a full-time basis alongside a team on site.

  • Superintendents

  • Senior SMP Supervisors

  • SMP Supervisors

Full time employment.

10 Hour working days – 8 hours at ordinary time and 2 hours at time & a half, any additional hours are at double time.

Camp accommodation and meals provided.

PIP Incentive - $50.00 per day on site.

Site Allowance - $2.00 per hour on site.

Interstate Allowance - $2.00 per hour worked.

Phone Allowance - $20.00 per week

Company transport from airport to site.

Paid to travel home on last day of swing.

RDO accrual.

17.5% Annual Leave loading.

Role requirements:

  • Drivers Licence / government issued photo ID card

  • Experience on Mine Sites (required)

  • Section 4 medical (desirable)

  • Standard 11 (desirable)

  • S123 or G189

  • G2

  • BSBOPS402 - Coordinate Business Operational Plans (desirable)

  • Glencore Generic (desirable)

  • Confined space (desirable)

  • Working at heights (desirable)

  • Certificate of Proficiency
