Seeking enthusiastic and reliable School Leavers and Law Students for Junior Legal Secretary position, Legal Services Traineeship – Certificate III.


About the Firm:

Join a boutique property and commercial law firm offering an engaging 12-month paid traineeship in dreamy Lennox Head, NSW, where you'll gain practical, hands-on legal experience, a Certificate III in Legal Services, an understanding of managing and nurturing client/solicitor relationships, knowledge of legal processes, and one-on-one mentoring from an experienced lawyer.

  • Wills & Estate Administration / Probate

About the role:

This is the perfect entry level position for a school leaver, or law student, keen to gain or further their experience in the legal industry. The successful candidate will receive full training in all aspects of legal office administration and processes.

The traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience, including:

  • Providing customer service via face-to-face, phone and email communication
  • Overseeing and being involved in file management and legal processes
  • Responding to client enquiries, data entry, digital and paper filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Managing post and banking tasks, including trust accounting
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
  • Preparing content for social media and general marketing purposes
