The Sanno Marracoonda Airport Hotel in Perth boasts 144 accommodation rooms,  restaurant, pool, large spacious grounds operating 24/7. We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced and self motivated Maintenance/ Grounds person to join the maintenance and gardening team

The key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure highest safety standards are met at all times
• Ensuring all maintenance needs of the hotel are carried out promptly and effectively
• Scheduling and carrying out preventative maintenance in all areas
• Ensure grounds and gardens are kept clean, well presented and maintained to a high standard at all times, which includes emptying rubbish bins.
• Keeping company vehicles presented to highest standard.
• Assist manager to create and maintain landscaped gardens
• Must be familiar with reticulation, blowers, pruning and general gardening, including use of ride on movers, with basic maintenance skills.

The additional qualifications below would be advantageous but not essential:

• Manual Drivers license/PTD
• Police clearance
• 'F' class endorsement

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. This would be ideal for someone looking for a casual role approximately 24-30 hours per week. Must be available Week-ends
