We're currently recruiting for two key positions:

Solicitor

• Key Responsibilities:

o Deliver expert legal advice and representation to clients across our practice areas.

o Draft and review legal documents, conduct thorough research, and prepare cases for court.

o Manage caseloads efficiently while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

o Collaborate with senior partners on complex matters and contribute to firm-wide strategies.

• Qualifications and Experience:

o Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland with a current practising certificate.

o 2-5 years' post-admission experience in a similar role.

o Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

o Proficiency in legal software and a proactive, client-centric mindset.

Paralegal

• Key Responsibilities:

o Support solicitors with case preparation, including legal research, document management, and drafting.

o Manage administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and client correspondence.

o Compile evidence and assist in maintaining compliance with legal procedures.

o Contribute to efficient team workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Qualifications and Experience:

o Diploma or degree in Legal Studies or equivalent.

o 1-3 years' experience in a paralegal or legal support role (preferred).

o Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
