What you'll be doing?

• File Management: Take charge of a diverse caseload including parenting, property, and domestic violence matters, developing your expertise across various aspects of family law.
• Client Consultations: Conduct strategic client meetings, providing practical advice and building strong relationships with those you represent.
• Legal Documentation: Draft and review crucial documents such as Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, and Court Applications, honing your legal writing skills.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in Family and Domestic Violence Courts, gaining valuable advocacy experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, contributing your ideas and expertise to drive the firm's continued success.

Who are they looking for?

• Family Law Experience: Demonstrate proven ability in managing family law files independently, showcasing your expertise in this field.
• Queensland Practising Certificate: Hold a current Queensland Practising Certificate or be eligible to obtain one promptly.
• Strong Skill Set: Exhibit excellent drafting, advocacy, and client relationship skills, essential for success in this role.
