Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Engagement Representative role located in Girraween, NSW.

The Customer Engagement Representative will be responsible for:

  • Inbound service booking calls
  • Follow up calls for service reschedules, product recalls, and service satisfaction feedback
  • Generating leads for sales, service and finance
  • Supporting sales initiatives

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in a call centre environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or luxury brands is a plus
