About the Position

This initiative involves integrating a new policy management platform into existing insurance systems. The platform will replace a legacy system and is designed to drive operational efficiency, enhance member experience (including digital capabilities), and enable the launch of new insurance products.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the successful planning and delivery of this significant transformation program across various business units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements scoping, workshops, planning, impact assessment, and documentation of business processes.
  • Prioritise requirements and identify benefits in agile projects or squads.
  • Prepare and support business case development and planning.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify the impact of changes to processes, procedures, technology, and ways of working.
  • Analyse, design, model, and document business processes and procedures for both current (as-is) and future (to-be) states.
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation and grooming considering business, technology, and digital needs such as UX/UI, usability, customer journey, and experience.
  • Produce high-quality business requirements, epics, user stories, and prototypes/wireframes for implementation and testing by technical teams.
  • Identify and document risks, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and integration requirements across technical, data, or process-driven projects/initiatives.
  • Utilise business process modelling techniques such as BPMN or UML.
  • Use tools including Jira, Confluence, system integrations (APIs), data mapping, and process modelling software such as Visio or
  • Bring exposure to a variety of initiatives, from small enhancements to medium-sized projects, ideally in regulated, service-driven environments.
