Position Summary.
Clinical Practice Lead is a leadership role within Infinity that focuses on ensuring high-quality, person-centered clinical care and services are meet under the NDIS standards. The successful candidate will oversee Organisational clinical initiatives, training, provide specialist advice and supervision, support staff capability, drive infinity support services adherence to NDIS practice standards, and work to improve the access and delivery of NDIS-funded support for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring NDIS Practice Standards:
Upholding and promoting adherence to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's practice standards and other relevant regulations. - Providing Clinical Leadership:
Offering expert clinical advice, supervision, and real-time practice coaching to staff who are delivering NDIS-funded supports. - Improving Service Quality:
Leading efforts to design, implement, and improve services to ensure they are effective, safe, and person-centered. - Staff Support and Development:
Uplifting staff capabilities, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. - Facilitating NDIS Access:
Working to reduce barriers for NDIS participants to access services and navigate the NDIS system, particularly in healthcare settings. - Quality Assurance:
Contributing to organizational excellence by driving quality and compliance initiatives and influencing policy and practice.
Essential
• AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
• Current Western Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current criminal record screening.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Recent primary healthcare experience.
• Continuing professional development.
