About the role

We're seeking an experienced Clinic Manager / Senior Therapist to lead our Werribee clinic.

This is a full-time role that combines leadership and treatment — perfect for someone who thrives on motivating others while delivering exceptional client care.

As the Clinic Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure service excellence
  • Coach, support, and motivate your team to achieve KPIs
  • Conduct laser and skin treatments, setting the standard for client experience
  • Drive sales growth and client retention through education and service recommendations
  • Manage rosters, stock control, and reporting with attention to detail
  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing clinic culture

Treatments you'll perform

You'll continue to provide a variety of advanced treatments including:

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Oxygen Infusion Therapy
  • Chemical Peels
  • Skin Needling
  • Laser for Pigmentation, Capillaries, Rosacea & Veins
  • RF Facelifts and Body RF Treatments

To be a successful applicant
  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
  • Experience in team leadership or clinic management (2+ years preferred)
  • Skilled in both laser and advanced skin treatments (Candela experience highly regarded)
  • Passionate about driving sales performance and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in delivering training and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Able to work evenings during late-night trade (Thurs) and Weekends
  • Completed or enrolled in a Laser Safety Certification Course
  • Motivated by client results, team success, and continuous improvement
