We are seeking a TPD and/or personal injury Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

About Us

We specialise in personal injury and compensation claims, including Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims, superannuation disputes, and work injury damages matters.

We are experiencing significant growth. Experience is preferred but not essential – the right attitude and ability to learn quickly are just as important.

The Role

As a TPD-focussed Lawyer you will:

  • Manage and progress a caseload of TPD and superannuation claims from start to finish.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, superannuation funds, and medical professionals.
  • Draft correspondence, submissions, and pleadings where necessary.
  • Review medical evidence and financial documentation to assess claim viability.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and guide them through the claims process.
  • Work alongside experienced solicitors and have access to strong precedents and legal resources.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an admitted solicitor in NSW (or will soon be eligible for admission).
  • Has prior experience in personal injury or superannuation disputes (preferred but not essential).
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills and can explain complex legal concepts in plain English.
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently.
