Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00am – 8:00pm

Our programs include a mix of group activities and a small number of 1:1 supports, all programs have a pre-scheduled to help staff know exactly what's planned for the day.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Whittlesea with immediate start availability.

You will assist participants in group programs, community activities, and daily living skills helping them build independence and confidence in a safe, structured, and fun environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • English as your first language – strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and your own fully insured vehicle.
  • The ability to read, write, and spell confidently in English (for writing shift notes).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Check.

What We Expect

Follow daily scheduled programs and routines.

Engage participants in meaningful, goal-based activities.

Maintain professional boundaries and communication.

Keep accurate and detailed shift notes.

What We Don't Do

We don't spend the day at shopping centres unless it's part of the scheduled program.

We don't attend movies during work hours.

We don't use personal phones during shifts.
