**Part-Time Support Worker - Whittlesea**

**Hours**: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00am - 8:00pm
**Location**: Whittlesea
**Employment Type**: Part-Time
**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**No Experience Needed - Full Training Provided**

Our programs include a mix of **group activities** and a small number of **1:1 supports**, all programs have a pre-scheduled to help staff know exactly what’s planned for the day.

**About the Role**

We are seeking dedicated and reliable **Support Workers** to join our team in Whittlesea **with immediate start availability**.
You will assist participants in group programs, community activities, and daily living skills helping them build independence and confidence in a safe, structured, and fun environment.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- **English as your first language** - strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **A current Australian Driver’s Licence** and **your own fully insured vehicle.**:

- The ability to **read, write, and spell confidently in English** (for writing shift notes).
- **Current First Aid and CPR certificates.**:

- **Valid Working with Children Check.**:

- **National Police Check.**

**What We Expect**

Follow daily scheduled programs and routines.
Engage participants in meaningful, goal-based activities.
Maintain professional boundaries and communication.
Keep accurate and detailed shift notes.

**What We Don’t Do**

We don’t spend the day at shopping centres unless it’s part of the scheduled program.
We don’t attend movies during work hours.
We don’t use personal phones during shifts.
