About the Role:

As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the correct parts promptly and efficiently. You will assist by accurately identifying required components using catalogues and other reference tools. Your professional communication skills will be key to maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by identifying and sourcing parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
  • Ensure all stock is correctly receipted in and out.
  • Assist in maintaining the retail sales floor and displays.
  • Prepare invoices and handle inventory control.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training.

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Formal parts training and/or industry experience.
  • Understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
